These Terms of Service govern your use of TUNEUP ("the Service"), operated by HHR Media. By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
TUNEUP identifies incomplete Google Business Profile listings and, upon payment and explicit authorization from you, automatically fills in missing information including business descriptions and business hours. The Service uses AI to generate content on your behalf.
TUNEUP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. "Google Business Profile" is a trademark of Google LLC.
By connecting your Google account through our OAuth flow, you explicitly authorize TUNEUP to read and update your Google Business Profile on your behalf. This authorization is limited to the fields described at the time of purchase (description and hours). We will not delete your listing, manage your reviews, or take any action outside the stated scope.
You can revoke this authorization at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation does not reverse changes already made.
The TUNEUP Fix service is a one-time payment of $29. Payment is processed by Stripe. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately upon authorization, we do not offer refunds once the Google Business Profile update has been executed.
If the update fails due to a technical error on our end, we will either retry the update or issue a full refund at our discretion. Contact us at team@tuneup.website within 7 days of purchase.
Business descriptions generated by TUNEUP are produced by an AI language model and are based on publicly available information about your business. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of any content pushed to your listing. TUNEUP makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.
You may not use TUNEUP to:
TUNEUP is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to changes made to your Google Business Profile, Google's rejection or removal of submitted content, or interruptions to the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
Your use of Google Business Profile is subject to Google's Terms of Service. TUNEUP is not responsible for any action Google takes regarding your listing, including removal or suspension of content we push on your behalf.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
