TUNEUP ("we", "our", or "us") provides an automated service that identifies gaps in Google Business Profile listings and, with your explicit authorization, fills in missing information on your behalf. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and your rights.
When you connect your Google account, we request access to your Google Business Profile via the business.manage OAuth scope. This allows us to:
We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google service. We do not read, modify, or delete your Google account, location history, or any personal data outside of your Business Profile listing.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
We use your data solely to provide the TUNEUP service: detecting gaps in your Google Business Profile and pushing corrections to it with your authorization. We do not use your data for any secondary purpose.
TUNEUP's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the TUNEUP service and is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
Business profile data is retained in our systems for up to 30 days after your purchase to allow for any corrections or follow-up support. After 30 days it is deleted. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
Our service is hosted on Railway and uses HTTPS for all connections. OAuth tokens are transmitted securely and are not logged or written to disk. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data.
You can revoke TUNEUP's access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing TUNEUP from the list of connected apps. Revoking access does not undo any changes already made to your listing.
To request deletion of any data we hold about you, email us at team@tuneup.website. We will respond within 5 business days.
